AI-powered innovation

Tools that improve accuracy, compliance and profitability

Every requisition, result and payment lands on one accession record, so each step starts where the last one finished.

◎

Intelligent intake

Reads requisition and result PDFs, matches them by accession and corrects the payer, policy and ordering provider before a claim is built.

⚙

Rules-driven agents

Panel maps, payer routing, medical-necessity and adjustment rules you control decide what bills, what holds and what goes to appeal.

▤

Varasi revenue cycle platform

Claims, 837P files, 835 posting, AR follow-up and client reporting in a single workspace.

The platform

Built on lab rules, engineered for revenue cycle intelligence

Eligibility, COB, NPI and Part B checks run before the claim is built. Payers are routed to the right clearinghouse ID automatically, and every denial follows a rule you set.

Solutions — purpose-built for labs

Six modules, one record per accession

Pick a module to sign in and open it.

The workflow

Twelve steps, one record per accession.

Each step reads and writes the same accession record, so a refreshed result, a COB change or a posted denial carries straight through to billing, AR and the client's reports. Pick a step to sign in and open it.

Daily Intake → Master Tracker → Claim Lifecycle

Pick up the day's requisitions and results, parse them into the Master Tracker, run EV, Part B, coding, MR and scrubbing, and track billing through payment — with HITL panel mapping and payer policy updates in one place.

Daily source folder

Requisitions and results are downloaded from the partner LIS into a shared drive (no LIS API yet). Keep that drive synced to this computer (Google Drive for desktop / OneDrive) and connect the synced folder once — every Refresh then picks up the PDFs for the selected day and parses them into the Master Tracker.

Not connected

A file counts for the day when it sits in a sub-folder named for that date (2026-10-01, 10-01-2026, 10012026, 20261001 or 10.01.2026) or was saved to the folder that day. Files already processed are skipped.

Manual drop (fallback)

Drop requisition and result PDFs here — any batch, any mix. Same parser as the Lab Intake tool: files are matched per patient by accession, then name + DOB.
